John T. “Jack” Roethele
Jack Roethele graduated from University of Southwestern Louisiana magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1984, and received his J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1987.
Jack is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, as well as the U.S. federal district courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana.
Jack has represented several insurance companies in litigated matters and has successfully tried cases in several state district courts. Jack has also successfully represented clients in appeals to Louisiana appellate courts.
Jack is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, 21st Judicial District Bar Association, and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
Megan Perkins Foreman
Megan Foreman graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2006, and received her J.D. and G.D.C.L. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2009. After graduation, Megan served as a judicial law clerk to Honorable Harry F. Randow in the Ninth Judicial District Court in Alexandria, Louisiana. Megan joined John T. Roethele, APLC, in 2010, and has focused on the area of insurance defense.
Megan is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts as well as the U.S. federal district courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana.
Megan has successfully handled litigated cases in Louisiana district courts and appellate courts.
Megan is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the 21st Judicial District Bar Association.
